We are launching the Hangar.Media Partner Programme, a structured programme for AV integrators, IT consultants, and managed service providers who deploy and manage digital signage on behalf of their clients. If you install screens, manage content, or advise businesses on their digital communications, this programme is built for you.

Why a Partner Programme

A significant proportion of our screen deployments are managed not by the end customer directly, but by a technology partner — an AV integrator who installs the hardware, an IT consultant who manages the infrastructure, or a managed service provider who handles ongoing content and support. These partners are essential to the signage ecosystem, and until now, we have not served them with the structure and support they need.

The Partner Programme formalises the relationship. It provides commercial terms, technical resources, and go-to-market support that make it easier and more profitable for partners to recommend and deploy Hangar.Media.

Partner Tiers

The programme has three tiers, based on the number of active screens managed through the partner's account:

  • Registered Partner (1-49 screens): Entry-level tier for partners starting their signage practice or managing a small number of client deployments. Includes partner pricing, basic training, and listing in our partner directory
  • Silver Partner (50-199 screens): For established partners with a growing signage portfolio. Includes improved margins, priority support, co-marketing opportunities, and access to our pre-sales engineering team for complex deployments
  • Gold Partner (200+ screens): For major partners managing large-scale deployments. Includes the best commercial terms, dedicated account management, joint business planning, early access to new features, and co-branded marketing materials

Tier status is reviewed quarterly based on active screen count. Partners can progress through tiers as their portfolio grows.

  • Flexible billing — bill your clients directly at your own price point, or let us bill them and pay you a referral commission
  • No minimum commitment — add and remove screens as client needs change

  • Multi-tenant dashboard for managing all client accounts from a single login
  • API access for integrating Hangar.Media into your existing service management tools
  • Technical documentation, deployment guides, and hardware compatibility matrices
  • Priority access to our technical support team for deployment-related queries

Marketing:

  • Listing in the Hangar.Media partner directory, visible to potential customers searching for local installation partners
  • Co-branded case studies and marketing materials
  • Lead sharing for inbound enquiries in your geographic area or sector specialism

The partner programme is designed around one principle: your success with your clients drives our success. We will never compete with our partners for business. If a lead comes in from a partner's territory, it goes to the partner.

Training and Certification

All partners have access to our training programme, which covers:

  • Platform fundamentals: A self-paced course covering every feature of the Hangar.Media platform, from screen setup to advanced content scheduling
  • Hardware deployment: Best practices for screen installation, player configuration, network requirements, and troubleshooting
  • Content strategy: Guidance on helping clients develop effective content strategies — because a well-installed screen with poor content is still a failed deployment
  • Sales and positioning: How to position digital signage in client conversations, build business cases, and calculate ROI

Partners who complete the full training programme receive Hangar.Media Certified Partner status, which is displayed on their partner directory listing and can be used in their own marketing materials.

How to Apply

Applying to the Partner Programme takes five minutes:

  1. Visit the Partner Programme page on our website
  2. Complete the application form with your business details, current signage activity, and areas of specialism
  3. Our partnerships team will review your application and respond within two business days
  4. Once approved, you will receive your partner credentials, access to the partner dashboard, and an onboarding call with your partner manager

We are accepting applications from AV integrators, IT managed service providers, digital agencies, and consultancies across the United Kingdom. International partner applications are welcome — we will prioritise regions where we have existing customer demand.

Initial Partners

We are launching with a founding cohort of partners who have been working with us informally and helped shape the programme. These partners span AV integration, IT services, and digital marketing, and they bring deep expertise in sectors including retail, hospitality, education, and corporate communications. Their feedback has been invaluable in designing a programme that addresses real partner needs rather than theoretical ones.
