What we are building
25Live by CollegeNET is the leading room and event scheduling platform for higher education. Our integration will read it two ways: through Series25 WebServices, the API 25Live itself runs on, for live room state and reservation detail; and through 25Live Publisher feeds, which any published calendar provides. The goal is room door panels, building boards and event boards that keep themselves current from 25Live, with nothing to re-key.

Can I connect 25Live today?
Not yet. The integration is in development and being validated with Series25 campuses. Contact us and we will tell you when it is ready, or bring you into the pilot if your campus is a fit.
Do I have to pay CollegeNET for API access?
No. CollegeNET states that the Series25 WebServices API is available to all Series25 customers at no extra charge. Your 25Live administrator enables it and creates a read-only user for the integration. 25Live Publisher feeds need nothing at all.
WebServices or Publisher feeds, which should I use?
WebServices gives live room state and reservation detail, which door panels and building boards need. A 25Live Publisher feed is enough for an event board and works with any calendar you have already published. Many campuses will use both.
How often will room data sync?
The target is every few minutes for room panels, so a room swap or cancellation made in 25Live reaches the door within the next sync. The exact interval is set per integration.
