What version of Titan Menu is required for this integration
The Hangar.Media integration works with Titan Menu version 3.0 and above. It uses the Titan Menu REST API which is available on all current enterprise plans. Contact your Titan Menu account manager to confirm API access is enabled.
How often does menu data sync from Titan Menu
By default the integration syncs every 60 seconds. You can set the sync interval from 30 seconds to 15 minutes depending on your needs. Hangar.Media also supports webhook-triggered syncs for instant updates when critical changes are made in Titan Menu.
What happens if the connection to Titan Menu goes down
Hangar.Media caches the last successful menu data locally on each player. If the connection to Titan Menu is interrupted, screens continue displaying the cached menu. When connectivity is restored, the system automatically syncs the latest data.
Can I style the menu boards differently from the default Titan Menu layout
Yes. The integration pulls raw data from Titan Menu and you have full control over the visual presentation in Hangar.Media. You can apply custom templates, brand colours, fonts, and layouts independent of how data appears in Titan Menu itself.
