Yes, the account used to authenticate with Hangar.Media needs at least a Power BI Pro licence, or the reports must be in a Premium capacity workspace. This ensures proper API access and embedding rights.
How often does the data refresh on screen?
Hangar.Media refreshes the embedded Power BI report based on your chosen interval, typically every 5 to 60 minutes. The refresh cycle follows your Power BI dataset schedule, so on-screen data is always in sync with your source.
Can I show different Power BI dashboards on different screens?
Absolutely. You can assign unique dashboards or report pages to individual screens, screen groups, or locations. Hangar.Media also supports time-based rules so the same screen can show different reports at different times of day.
Is my data secure when displayed on signage?
