Can I choose which reviews are displayed?
Yes. You can filter by minimum star rating, exclude reviews older than a specified period, and manually pin or hide specific reviews from the display in the Hangar.Media dashboard.
How often are new reviews pulled from Google?
Reviews are synced from your Google Business Profile every 15 minutes by default. You can adjust the refresh interval in your dashboard settings.
Can I display reviews for multiple locations?
Yes. Each Google Business Profile location can be connected separately and assigned to the screens at that location. Multi-location businesses can show location-specific reviews on each site.
Does it show the overall star rating?
Yes. The aggregate stats widget displays your overall star rating, total review count, and optionally a rating breakdown by star level. This updates automatically as new reviews come in.
