Does this work with Jira Cloud and Jira Server?
Yes. Hangar.Media supports both Jira Cloud and Jira Server (Data Center) instances. Cloud uses OAuth authentication while Server uses API token authentication.
Can I display data from multiple Jira projects?
Yes. You can create separate Jira widgets for different projects and display them on different screens or combine them using JQL cross-project queries on a single dashboard.
How real-time is the sprint board display?
The Jira integration polls for updates every 60 seconds. When an issue changes status in Jira, it reflects on the signage display within one minute.
Can non-Jira users see the board on signage?
Yes. The signage display does not require viewers to have Jira accounts. Anyone walking past the screen can see the board. Sensitive data like descriptions can be hidden from the display if needed.
