Which Sisense products are supported?
Hangar.Media supports Sisense Fusion Analytics, Sisense for Cloud Data Teams, and legacy Sisense dashboards. Any dashboard that supports embedding or public link sharing can be displayed on your signage screens.
Do I need a specific Sisense licence for signage display?
Dashboard embedding is available on Sisense professional and enterprise plans. Check with your Sisense administrator to ensure embedding is enabled for the dashboards you want to display on signage.
Can Sisense AI insights trigger signage content changes?
Currently, Sisense dashboards display on screen with all their native features including AI insights. Hangar.Media does not react to individual Sisense AI alerts, but all visual elements including anomaly flags appear on the signage screen.
How does the data refresh work?
Hangar.Media reloads the Sisense embed at your chosen interval. The underlying data freshness depends on your ElastiCube build schedule and data connector settings in Sisense.
