Do I need a Google Workspace account?
No. Google Slides is free with any Google account. Set your presentation to anyone with the link can view and paste the link into Hangar.Media. Google Workspace accounts also work with additional sharing controls.
Can multiple people edit the presentation and see changes on screen?
Yes. Google Slides supports real-time collaborative editing. All changes from any editor are synced to the signage screen at the next refresh cycle, typically within 5 to 15 minutes.
What about embedded videos in the slides?
Embedded YouTube videos and linked media in Google Slides are supported. Videos play automatically when their slide appears on screen if autoplay is enabled in the display settings.
Can I use Google Slides alongside other content?
