Download the player package
In your Hangar.Media dashboard, go to Hardware → BrightSign. Download the player package (.zip) for your BrightSign model series.
Write to SD card
Unzip the package and copy all files to the root of a blank, FAT32-formatted SD card (32 GB+ recommended). Do not place files in a subfolder.
Insert, connect, and power on
Insert the SD card into your BrightSign. Connect via HDMI to your display. Apply power — the player boots automatically into the Hangar.Media runtime.
Claim in the dashboard
Within 60 seconds, your BrightSign appears as "Unclaimed" in your Hangar.Media device list. Click Claim, assign a name, attach a playlist, and go live.
