When someone joins, moves team, or leaves, their access should change everywhere — including who can manage which screens. Directory and identity integrations sync your identity provider into Hangar.Media so signage permissions track the groups you already maintain, instead of a separate list someone has to remember to update.Connect Azure AD / Entra ID or Okta to pull directory groups and user profiles into Hangar, then map those groups to roles — so a facilities group manages lobby boards while a marketing group manages campaign screens, automatically. Okta also supports automated provisioning, so accounts appear and retire in step with your directory. (Tenant-staff single sign-on is on the roadmap.)
